Shipping estimates are listed under each product on our website. 

Please note that the shipping estimates we’ve provided are windows, meaning we’re shipping new orders every day, and your order could arrive earlier than the estimate provided. 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

Due to many manufacturing and operational variables, we can’t guarantee that all items in your order will ship at the same time. Not to worry, though — we’ll get your entire order out as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as each item leaves our warehouse.

All orders are charged at the time of ordering. Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

Oh no! Our team takes quality very seriously and we’re happy to help. If you have just opened your package and see any of the following concerns, please let us know via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. The following must be reported within 24 hours of receipt:

• Fabric punctures/holes

The Snug pieces were made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and fabric should stand up to everyday use. Our products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product.
